ExoPlus™ Carrier Development Platform

A) Loading of Protein Peptide Drugs
It is an innovative exosomal drug carrier system that fuses scaffold proteins with target proteins or peptides, ensuring efficient and stable drug delivery without damaging exosome structure. It optimizes protein and peptide drugs for applications in endocrine, metabolic, cardiovascular, and immune diseases, as well as cancer therapy. Comprehensive platform include carrier design, construction, and customization.
 
B) Loading of Small Nucleic Acids
Exosomes platform as natural carriers for nucleic acid drugs (ASO, siRNA, miRNA), protected by their phospholipid bilayer and capable of precise targeting and crossing the blood-brain barrier. They enable efficient delivery for treating neurological diseases, cancer, cardiovascular conditions, clinical research support.

C) Loading of Small Molecule Compounds
Using proprietary electroporation technology, we load both water-soluble and fat-soluble small molecules into exosomes, with encapsulation efficiency and compound loading measured through high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). This method ensures exosomes have strong stability, efficient cell membrane penetration, targeted delivery, and minimal impact on cell environments, reducing cytotoxicity. It is ideal for delivering small molecule compounds in tumor therapy and immunomodulation. We offer precise, scientifically accurate quantification of loading efficiency and compound encapsulation.  
ExoCell™ Cell Development Platform

We enhance exosome production through genetic engineering and donor cell optimization, ensuring efficient and reliable exosome secretion. Our platform include developing safe donor cell lines, screening and optimizing cell lines, and constructing bioreactors for 10–50L production. We also offer gene construction, plasmid transformation, clone evaluation, GMP cell library creation, and customized solutions tailored to specific needs.  

ExoPure™ Purification Platform

Our advanced exosome purification technology combines tangential flow filtration, composite and ion exchange chromatography, and ultrafiltration, delivering >98% purity and concentrations up to 1 μg/μL. This proprietary process handles diverse sample types, including cell culture, milk, plants, and serum. The ExoPure platform supports applications in research, clinical treatment, and other fields. ExoTest™ Detection Platform
